“ The breakfast was glorious. So much so we came back for the largest most beautifully cooked waffles we’ve ever seen. Staff were professional and friendly, the food cooked to a high standard with an attention to detail you’d expect from somewhere with such beautiful decor. This is a must. They don’t do tap water, which seems to be typical of Ypres restaurants. But this is compensated by lovely bonus chocolates and biscuits with your drinks. ”

“ We wanted to find a traditional cafe/coffee shop and we succeeded. As soon as we entered we knew it would good. The decor was beautiful and looked like it had just been decorated. The welcome from the staff could not have been better, we were shown how to find the translated version of the menu via their web site and it was all straight forward from there. Our food was freshly prepared and then we chose cakes from the display counter which were excellent. All very good value. We really enjoyed our visit to Ypres and Kaffee Andre and thought it was beautiful. ”
